O.K. I've been procrastinating a little bit when it comes to writing a blog, so um, here we go. 1st let me warn everyone, don't buy a thing from Kingdom Chevrolet! They'll sell you a bucket that'll break down on you if your not through  in checking out the ride you're getting. If you look at my pictures of my ride, you'll see what I'm talking about. Everything up-under the van I discovered after I closed the deal and was stuck with it. Note that the gas tank has 2 chains holding it up in place. Note that the wheel drums are so rusted, that the metal is flaking off,(I got to get all of em replaced), the brakes need replacing, the spring leafs is flat, and that rusted canister on the side(I think it's a pare of the brake system) need replacing, and God only knows what else the van needs. That's why I call it sour green. Other than that, It's a runner. As soon as I got it, I had to replace one of the tie-rod cause it was about to break off, and for some reason the battery gets drained when I turn it off. I've check everything to be sure all switches were turned off, but the battery still gets drained of power. So now when I let the van sit for a day or 2, I pop the hood and disconnect the battery. As you can see in the pictures, I've loaded it with a cooler, port-a-potty, sleeping bag, etc. I'm  a disable homeless vet. Ever since my divorce, I've been bouncing around from one place to another. It's rough not having your own space, having to depend on someone else for a place to stay. I've had 3 different vans in the past, and every time they was a life saver for me, cause I had something to use as shelter from the elements. so I'm not new to the van dwelling life. I would use the public toilet rooms, or the YMCA, or gym rooms for my hygiene needs; the local church, or food pantry for food; and the thrift store for my other needs. I've joined van-dwelling, camping, survival groups that have very good info to help make my living more comfortable; and leave my trust in God. Well that's it for now. Till my next post, thanks for your visit, maybe I'll see some of my nomads later on.
